Every day, good organizations lose good people. Some are literally lost, when employees full of potential and our training dollars leave for what they think will be better jobs. Even more costly and damaging is when good organizations lose good people - while still employing them.
Based on the presenter's 20+ years as a human resources professional and substantiated by valid research, Lost Employees provides a practical, how-to approach to combat and prevent the creation of alienated and disengaged employees, a phenomenon affecting 20 million employees in the U.S. alone. Lost Employees lets managers in on the secret employees already know - how we manage to lose them.
