Dr. Kadtke will discuss some of the current thinking on innovation based economic growth, and recent federal initiatives in this area.
Included will be information about the President's Competitiveness Initiative, and an overview of what has been happening in the Virginia area. In addition, his colleague Egils Millsburg will talk about innovation theory and what has been happening globally, nationally and locally. He will also present his innovation cafe idea.
