Investment Financing
Enterprise Carroll provides investment financing for targeted Carroll County companies to accelerate their business growth by matching company investments in projects to improve operations and efficiency, conduct new venture feasibility studies, explore bringing new products to market, upgrade technology infrastructure and/or software programs and provide employee training. Matching investments are made up to $50,000 and are dependent upon the company's performance and their ability to achieve milestones set by the Carroll County Department of Economic Development CCDED).
Accomplishments
Larry Twele previously served with the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development (DBED), where he was the Director of Regional Offices and Business Development Specialist for 6 1/2 years. At DBED, he was responsible for the statewide regional office system as well as coordinating and facilitating major expansion projects in the Baltimore Region. Major accomplishments include launching a regional business retention program and serving as the project leader on the 2004 expansion of what will be the largest ice cream manufacturing facility in the country.
