Speaker – Dean Minnich

Carroll County Commissioner Minnich discussed how the county is addressing technology issues and how they impact economic growth. He stated technology is a tool needed in todays world. The county wants to create open communications with Economic Development, government and community to help create a global understanding of what is best in and for the county. The administration can then back the need and help the process. According to Mr. Minnich, the Tech Council represents leaders in technology in Carroll County and therefore its input is important and credible.
